Rain, Rain, Go Away...

It has been raining in Paris literally all day today.  I woke up at 9 am and it was pouring rain, and tonight on Rue de Courcelles it is drizzling.  Hasn't. stopped. all. day.  Haven't we had enough rain this winter??? It is time for some serious SUNSHINE!!!
